New sem has really started
I din get that feeling on Monday, but it seems to be truly kicked start today.
Woke up at past 1030 in the morning, nearly late for my Game Development lecture. Had 3 consecutive hours sitting at the last row listening to all the stuff which I din really understand about. Saw some "monster" guys in class who know everything and who even gave the lecturer a hard time struggling with all their arguments. My project-mate, Kiet, seems to be so enthusiastic about the project that I somehow got the energy from him haha. Anyway this maybe a good beginning for my dream: develop the animation industry in Vietnam, esp. for kids.
The afternoon was spent in SMA lab with my HYP groupmates who have been away on vacation for the last month. I was honorably addressed as "the most updated" personnel in the group now by my prof ughh.
Coming to the interesting part of the day: attended the seminar talk on MLM (multi-level marketing) at Shaw Center, Orchard Road in the evening. The talk lasted for like 2 hours, and then we had some discussion after that. Din get home until 12 in the midnight, but it really did inspire me about doing business and keeping an open-mind within ever-changing global market.
Lessons learnt:
1. Doing business, as well as living a life, is just like surfing on the sea. The high wave might drown you into the blue water, but might as well lift you up to get furthest in the shortest time. What you need to do is to balance urself.
2. If you're going to work for what you have learnt, you'll only work harder and harder for less and less money. The way to get out of the bush is to have your own business with your new ideas, of which we're all sitting here in uni to learn how to make use.
Heh some more lessons that I have forgotten to note down in my soya-curd-brain haha ^_^. But somehow I do feel that I need to really start planning for my life which will soon be turned into a new page even before I could realize it.
